For those pressed for time, this class is our Fat Blaster high intensity interval training (HIIT) packed into an intense 30 minutes for calorie burn on hyperdrive. Perfect way to squeeze in an impactful workout at the start of your day.

Push yourself past your limits (physical & mental) with a challenging circuit combining strength and weight training. Designed to build lean muscle to give you a healthier body composition and higher metabolic rate so you burn more calories even when resting. Excellent for tightening flabby areas while boosting bone health. Try it out and unleash the warrior princess within!

Functional Sculpting

Strength based full-body workout incorporating everyday movements of pushing, pulling, twisting, bending, squatting and hinging. Designed to prevent injuries and make daily activities more effortless through improving muscular endurance, overall strength, coordination, balance, posture and agility. Do it!
