Every woman is different. We all have our own goals, body type, struggles,injuries. Different body types respond to different types of training. What works for one person might not work for you.
That’s why everyone should have a programme that will address their individual wants & needs, and this has to be planned well with intention & knowledge of exercise science. We know how to adjust your fitness plans according to YOU.

Addressing Emotions
There are a few factors which can send our emotions into overdrive. These include hormone imbalances, stress, sleep deprivation, low blood sugar, certain medications, PMS, caffeine, too much sugar – the list goes on!
We don’t just put emotions aside here, we don’t neglect it. Instead, we address those emotions. We teach you ways to better manage your stress levels, we highlight the importance of sleep, and its effect on fat loss. We help you understand that it’s normal to feel this way, and we help you find a healthier outlet.

As women ourselves, we know your struggle points. We know the stages, and we’ve lived through some of it too. Here at KOA, we can help you understand the different stages of womanhood – hormones, puberty, menstruation, pregnancy & menopause.
As your body changes, your lifestyle will change too. It’s cause & effect. And we’re here to help you with that!

Working out is a form of release, it’s definitely our release. But aside from working out, we can help you choose the right habits, eat better, adapt to lifestyle changes & even ease you into stepping outside of your comfort zone!

Very often, we think the solution to losing fat is exercising more & eating less or better. Little do we know that there are so many other factors that affect fat loss in women. While it’s true that age is only a number, the harsh truth is the amount of lean muscle we have & metabolism rate naturally begins to decline per decade after the age of 30.
Majority of women face hormonal imbalance without being aware of it. The 3 main symptoms of hormonal imbalance in women are weight gain, mood swings and sleep disturbances. The bottom line is that hormones play a HUGE role in fat loss for females.
