KOA Fitness is affiliated with the renowned Australian based gym and brand, Australian Strength Performance (ASP) that is located in Melbourne and led by Founder and Master Strength Coach, Benjamin Siong.
The ASP TRAINING that we offer is a tailored Body Transformation and Sports Specific Programme coming directly from the expert coaches at ASP in Melbourne.
You will be trained towards your goal that could be anything from body-building to fat-loss and toning and physique competitions through achieving and optimal balance in mind, body and sort. ASP-certified Coaches Nic and Marie will execute the ASP TRAINING locally in KOA Fitness.
