How you made the decision to get into fitness?

Fitness found me when I least expected it. Moving back to Malaysia after 17 years in India, I realized the stark change in my physical well-being. Weighing 100kgs and unable to keep up with others my age, I knew it was time for a change. Despite being active in sports, my poor eating habits had taken a toll on my life.

I was motivated to redefine myself, I committed to the gym every day for 5 years. The result? I shed 50kgs of excess weight, built muscles, and developed mental strength. Now, I am dedicated to sharing the joy of fitness with others. If I can achieve this incredible transformation, anyone can!

I’m here to guide you every step of the way, helping you unlock your true potential and embrace a healthier, happier lifestyle.
