What inspired you to pursue a career in fitness coaching?

My personal experiences as an avid runner and obstacle course enthusiast since 2019 have shown me the transformative power of fitness. Witnessing the positive impact on my own life fueled a desire to guide others on their journeys, inspiring them to build strength and untapped their potential. I didn’t initially know I had the capacity to conquer obstacle courses; it was a thrilling and challenging experience that surprised me. The fun and excitement of pushing my limits made me want to continually improve. Now, I aim to do the same for others – to help them discover and unleash their hidden talents through fitness, just as I did.

What are your passions and interests related to fitness and coaching?

Empowering individuals to discover their physical capabilities and mental resilience through fitness. As an experienced runner and obstacle course participant, I thrive on helping others unlock their hidden talents, guiding them toward a healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle. My interest is not just in exercise routines but in fostering a holistic approach to well-being that encompasses both
physical and mental strength
