Frequently asked questions
What’s the difference between personal training and group classes?
Personal training is 1-to-1 (or 2-to-1 if you come with a friend), where your coach customizes every session to your body, goals, and schedule. Group classes are fixed in format and timing.
Do I need to be fit to start personal training?
Not at all! We train women at all fitness levels – beginners, postpartum, brides-to-be, and even competitive athletes. 9 out of 10 clients are new to personal training when they first started with us.
Can I request a woman personal trainer?
All our coaches are women – so you’ll always have someone who understands your body, hormones and needs.
How long before I see results?
It depends on your starting point and goal, but most clients notice improvements in strength, energy, and confidence within 4–6 weeks. Clients that noticed the most radical transformation are the ones that come in 2-3 times a week at the start, and they come once a week for general maintenance.
What kind of goals can personal training help me with?
Fat loss, strength building, pre/postnatal recovery, sports performance (e.g. Hyrox, running), injury rehab, and more. Your coach will tailor everything to you.
How much does personal training cost?
Apart from the packages stated here, we also offer first trial sessions. You can check our pricing here or chat with us to find the best fit for your budget.
Do you have installment plans?
Yes! You can split payments for selected packages – just ask our team during your trial or consultation.
When can I start?
After your trial or consultation, you’ll be given access to your coach’s schedule and can book directly with them. Book your first session within 7 days of signing up and start your sessions at any time.
Can I upgrade later?
Absolutely—convert to bigger packages at any time and save more per session!
What if I need to reschedule?
No problem—just give 24 hours’ notice to move your session. You will have direct contact with your coach for scheduling.
What happens during the first session?
We’ll start with an InBody scan — a quick, non-invasive body check that takes just 1–2 minutes. It gives a clear breakdown of your fat, muscle, and water levels. After that, we’ll have a quick chat about your goals, then take you through a sample workout that’s fully tailored to you. No pressure, just progress.
Will I get a meal plan or guidance on food?
Your coach will give basic nutrition guidance. For detailed plans, we can refer you to our nutrition partner.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just come in comfy clothes, sports shoes, a towel, water bottle, and good vibes! We’ve got water dispensers, showers, and lockers ready for you.
What if I have complicated issues and need a more qualified trainer?
You’re at the right place! From hormonal imbalance, PCOS, post/pre-natal, post-surgery, disease management to sports-specific goals, you will be matched with one of 6 coaches who have varied expertise to train you.
How can I get support after purchasing?
Chat with us anytime on WhatsApp or through our socials. Once you start, you’ll also have direct access to your coach on WhatsApp for check-ins, questions, and support.
Can I freeze my membership if I need to take a break?
Yes, you can request to freeze your membership for a minimum of 1 month and up to a maximum of 2 months within a 12-month period. A fee of RM100 per freeze may apply. To request a freeze, email us at [email protected] at least 14 days before the desired freeze date.
