KOA [Koh-uh] means warrior or brave in Hawaiian. We believe that every woman is a warrior in her own way – from the nurturing mother to the relentless career-driven woman.

KOA was created to provide a safe space for women to work out & seek health guidance. Our aim is to inspire every woman to be the best version of herself, a version that doesn’t conform to anyone’s expectations but her own.

Our team of experts has an in-depth understanding in women’s health and fitness. Our personal training programmes and group classes are designed specifically for the female body.

Since we opened our doors in 2017, KOA Fitness has provided a safe space for over 3000 women to carve out the best version of themselves not only physically, but also mentally.
